a. Standard Orders: Please place your cake order at least 2 days in advance to allow us ample time for preparation.
b. Custom Orders: For custom designs or special requests, we recommend placing your order at least 3 in advance.

Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via call with the details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 3 hours, please contact us.

Delivery/Pick-Up:
Delivery: If you’ve opted for delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the cake at the specified delivery time.
Pick-Up: If you are picking up the cake from our Place, please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid any delays.

Changes and Cancellations:
Changes: Any changes to your order should be made at least 1 days before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to1 days before the delivery/pick-up date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a partial refund.

No cancellation or refund entertainment after the proper delivery.

Handling Special Features:
Decorations: If your cake has delicate decorations, handle it with care to avoid damage.
Layering: For multi-tiered cakes, support each tier carefully while cutting to maintain the cake’s structure.
